Passion re-imagined in sound
Tasting usually begins with language: fruit, flowers, oak, acidity, tannin, texture and finish.
But what happens after the tasting note?
What happens when acidity begins to feel like movement, texture suggests material, or a finish creates distance and time? What happens when a wine leaves behind an image that sounds absurd when described literally, yet somehow feels precise when you return to the glass?
The VinoZen SenArch Selection 2026 brings together 12 such encounters: four whites, four reds and four spirits.
They are not necessarily the most expensive or highest-scoring bottles I tasted. They are here because each one opened a door.
A Sauvignon Blanc became a swan. Riesling became refracted crystal. Chardonnay became a leopard waiting at the water's edge. Balasto became monumental stone. Clos Apalta became an entire living civilization. Grappa became breath rising through bamboo. Hibiki became what remains after the final note has disappeared.
These are not tasting notes replaced by fantasy.
They are attempts to follow perception one step further.
Riesling Aria IV: Le Voleur de Temps explores the tension between aging and preservation. As Liesel grows older, Riesling seems to transform without losing the structural identity that defines it. What begins as an exploration of acidity, memory, and time gradually becomes something more human: love, resentment, sacrifice, and the fear of losing who we once were. This became one of the most emotional projects I have created, and I teared up countless times while developing the lore, the track, and the music video.
Mistress Thirteen is a theatrical popera anthem inspired by the thirteen official crus of Southern Rhône’s Châteauneuf-du-Pape.
The inspiration for UNFALTERED came from a simple question: what if a spirit’s greatest expression is not what it retains, but what it sheds?
Using Oak-aging as an inspiration, Amber & Gold is a coming-of-age metaphor about maturity, patience, and becoming whole.
At its core, Amber and Gold is about realizing that time is not the enemy. Time is what gives us depth.
129 & Saffron—a fusion of Japanese and French slow jazz, rain-lit city streets, Alpine botanicals, saffron, and the old image of a sunshower as the fox’s wedding.
An Operatic Orchestral Trance that is a musical terroir for Chablis - a French wine region known for its Kimmeridgian soil influenced Chardonnay that’s fresh, crisp, mineral, and highly electric.
The 3rd Aria of the opera: “Riesling”
This is a climactic, dramatic lament sung by Liesel in her late 30s/early 40s. The aria takes place post-harvest in 1971, a legendary, "vintage of the century" for Alsace Riesling.
Upon This Hill is a cinematic, ritualistic rap — backed by Latin chants and the weight of centuries. It speaks of a nameless wine born from resilience, carried by tradition, and sharpened through defiance.
A fun retro funkypop celebrates the often-overlooked side of mixology—the thrill of trial and error, the courage to experiment, and the stories hidden in every pour. Told through a Multiversal Fun-loving Mixologist - Kaia.
A silky jazz-blues confession steeped in “The Heartbreak Grape” Pinot Noir, whispered memory, and longing.
It’s a quiet tribute to the Pinot lands that shaped me and the ones I long for.

Born from Martin’s Lane Hyland Vineyard Riesling 2024, 空の羽 — Sora no Hane transforms an unexpected vintage into a song about becoming stronger through change. A cold snap altered the wine’s path; botrytis gave it greater depth. From that tension emerged the image of a white dove in an open sky—and a bilingual song in which hardship becomes wind, scars become light, and Ava claims her moment to fly.
