After a lengthy process, I’m delighted to finally share my selection of Canadian whiskies for the VinoZen Society Selection 2025.

This track is my personal ode to peaty, smoky Islay Scotch—the first whisky I ever truly loved.

I reviewed the Shuttleworth Creek Pinot Noir 2022 and it made the top 8 due to its vibrant tranquillity (if that makes sense). It’s a beautiful and elegant Pinot Noir that has great approachability yet offering layered complexity and elegance.
