Zephyr Through Stone came from that contrast, with fragrant wind revealing the structure underneath, then carrying the same idea into music. It is a taste that honours the land.

I reviewed the Shuttleworth Creek Pinot Noir 2022 and it made the top 8 due to its vibrant tranquillity (if that makes sense). It’s a beautiful and elegant Pinot Noir that has great approachability yet offering layered complexity and elegance.
