For guests aged 19 or older. Please bring two acceptable pieces of physical ID, including government-issued photo ID. Alcohol service is subject to age verification and responsible-service requirements.
Booking, cancellation and event credit policy
Cancellation requests received at least 14 days before the event start receive a full refund to the original payment method.
Requests received from 7 days to less than 14 days before the event start receive event credit for the full ticket value.
Requests received less than 7 days before the event start, and no-shows, are not eligible for a refund or event credit, except where legally required.
If VinoZen cancels the event, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method. If VinoZen reschedules it, you may choose the new date or a full refund to the original payment method.
Event credit can be used for any future VinoZen Exploration Series session, subject to availability. Credit has no expiry. If the new session costs more, you pay the price difference.
All cancellation cutoffs are measured from the event start at 2:30 PM Pacific. Send cancellation, refund and event-credit requests to kaichang@vinozen.ca.
