So far I have not yet been to a restaurant where the server would offer wine pairing recommendations based on the food I order - not even at Yew.

It’s like having a Luau. Let the feast begin! 

I feel there is still more of this wine yet to be discovered. This evolution through time was observed in this one pour which was quite fun actually.

In the spirit of trying something new, we started lining up at the very posh looking Jinya Ramen Bar on Robson St.

Find an excuse to step in this fine establishment, you will definitely have a great time!

Like a hard working couple who have had a full and accomplished life and now enjoying the farming scene with a hobby vineyard producing small batch hand crafted fine wines - something I very much would love to be able to do.
