At first I had over-chilled the bottle so it was very conservative at first. It slowly blossomed into something quite spectacular. Like a masked skilled dancer telling a rich story through perfectly executed and expressive movements.

This is the last bit left in the bottle. Rarely you find something that lasts long after it’s gone - in every sense of the statement. This is what Timeless tastes like.

Amazed by its intensity with lots of primary characteristics, perfumed with flavours of bright fruits and delicate floral fragrances.

Tasted on National Wine & Cheese day. Always offers great value even at its price point so I felt it’s fitting as the wine choice of the day.
