Reminiscent of Mosel Riesling with its signature citrus, honey, slate, and off-dry characteristics, but more of soap-stone, graphite, pear, and blossoming white flower.

This wine is well balanced, highly concentrated, and elegantly delivered. 

Like having a mixed berry pie that’s fresh off the oven - sweet, savoury, delious, and satisfying.

Just a bit fuller, just a bit warmer, but can easily be mistaken with Champagne if not careful. Offers a value alternative!

Makes me wonder why put sulphites at all

It still keeps evolving in the glass and I couldn’t stop smelling it to uncov er more layers.

Alluring and restrained at the same time. It is the Lion King of the Pride Rock kind of a wine.
